Although there are countless animal forms in all different disciplines of bodyweight training, this video focuses on three A-B-C basics: The Ape, The Beast, and the Crab. You’ll learn the proper forms, the uses, and the benefits of each. Although these forms may seem basic, they can take a very long time to master and need to practiced often to become completely fluid. The video highlights detailed instruction on how to perform the basic forms, travels, and switches correctly.
