All overweight people want to try some short cut methods to lose weight. They go on a severe diet for just a few days and when they discover the y have not lose weight; they lose interest and get back o their old eating ways. Some try crash course in exercises for a few days again and when the results are not encouraging, they get frustrated and give up the idea of losing weight altogether. Those are the people who dismiss the idea of losing weight and declare that weight loss does not happen easily.

The truth is, success in any efforts does not happen easily. One has to patiently work towards it. In order to lose weight, you must neither go on a starving mode nor on a rigorous exercise routine. Actually, you need a planned approach to both, a diet pattern and an exercise schedule along with it in order to lose fat. You must synchronize the two of them in such a way one complements the other while working on a weight loss program.

The quickest way to lose the accumulated fat in the body is going on a low carb diet. Do not eliminate carb from your diet, but have reduced portions, so that the body will turn to burning to fat to get energy. Do not go off-fat too as that might spell depletion of proteins in the body and loss of muscular tissue, leading to flabby look and fatigue. As for exercises, do not try any severe methods, but alternate between high and low intensity exercising schedule. This helps you to reduce stored fat easily. When the body requires extra energy, it tends to take up the fat from the belly area, and helps you to lose fat from that area soon.

Thus, a planned diet and an exercise routine with high and low intensity program to go with it, should be the best way to lose weight. Do not always run to the weighing scale, but have time-based goals and keep a watch on your weight. Have patience, follow the time table, and notice the result at the end of targeted period.
