Many of us work in jobs where we are unable to get much physical activity through out the day. In addition, the stress and time crunch we are constantly under prevents us from eating the healthy meals that we should. We tend to attempt to relieve our cravings with the worst food possible for health as we tend to be drawn to junk food in times of stress. In fact they provide even more reason for us needing to workout. There are all sorts of methods to get rid of belly fat that do not involve spending countless hours in the gym. You will need a combination of a good diet and a good workout routine to get in good shape but you can start by introducing small healthy habits into your everyday life. Start by doing simple exercises that you can do at home or in the office for five or ten minutes a day to get your fitness routine going. Eventually you will build from there and the extra energy you have will pay dividends in terms of helping you get work done faster. With your diet slowly introduce healthy options and replace unhealthy ones and before you know it you will be on your way to getting rid of that fat stomach.
