Carrying that extra weight is very easy to keep doing on a day-to-day basis but in reality it is a very dangerous thing. Carrying extra weight has all sorts of negative implications in terms of your health in both a mental and a physical sense and can even harm your career. The list of issues associated with being overweight is enormous and ranges from the commonly known ones such as heart disease, high blood pressure, and diabetes, to conditions such as joint problems and vision problems resulting from poor circulation that comes with extra weight. Mentally being overweight is taxing as it becomes harder to be socially accepted, you may feel worse about yourself, and you will be constantly tired which leads to poor job performance.

As such it is very important to put yourself on a routine to lose extra weight so as to counteract these problems and live a healthy, happy, and productive life. You can loose belly fat with a concerted effort to exercise to lose weight and by maintaining a low fat and high protein diet. You should attempt to do some intense exercises early on so as to have accelerated early weight loss to get your confidence level up and then you should slowly adjust to a sustainable diet and fitness regimen.
