In fact, I tell people to do what they enjoy the most and that usually doesn’t involve going to a boring gym and waiting in line to use sweaty equipment.
My military style workout series is designed to provide conditioning for the entire body, including cardio. If you are an avid bodybuilder or are trying to build massive muscles, this program may not be for you. If you are looking for gimmicks or a “magic” method that will give you instant results…then this program is definitely not for you. The program focuses on real sustainable fitness that can be done by anyone, anywhere through the use of tried and true methods used by elite forces all around the world.
I know this workout series will work for those who put in the time and commitment because I’ve seen it work! It has been used by many and has been modeled after the elite fitness programs used by various military organizations.
This is our most basic workout and is designed for those who are ready to take the journey towards a life of fitness. If you are ready to get into shape without having to purchase a gym membership and expensive home gym equipment, this is the workout for you. The program will start off with a light 3 day per week program allowing your muscles to gradually adjust to the new demands and will continue to increase with intensity as the weeks go by.
