All of most fad diets are just that folks fads. They do not work most the time and they are not usually healthy either. These very unhealthy and very unrealistic diets are dangerous to most. I myself have had some what of a weight issue having my children specially after i had my twins. Though i always knew that fad diets were not the way. People even have gone out and tried hypnosis to help them eat better and having themselves listen to tapes. There is never no weight loss and you need to consult your doctor and a dietitian who is trained to help those who want to lose weight the right and healthy way. We just need to learn to eat right and still eat what we like just in portions not in one in hale. It is hard but we can do it. Fad diets are not the right way and as i mentioned are not healthy and very dangerous to where you could harm your body and yourself.
I remember when there was chicken soup diet, Atkins diet and many others. OH yes i have a friend who is doing the get this Distilled Vinger and Lemon Juice yes i said it right. Drinking this when you first start for seven days straight and adding lemon juice to it and standing by the sink to immediately have a 8oz of water after. If you don’t within 2 hours you can harm your stomach insides. So know everyone these diets and crash diets are fads and don’t do them. They are not worth losing your life and health over. More damage then good by doing these diets. Our bodies need calcium and fruit and veggies when we diet. Our bodies still need protein but in portions and in reasonable portions for any kind of meats that we may eat while dieting which is usually turkey, chicken and fish. Eating at McDonald’s will not help either or starving yourself and then eating in binges.
When going on diets we need to make a chart if you have to. Count our calories eat what we should only eat each day and keep track of this with our Doctors and dietitians as well. Making visits to both and you will be on the right track. They will even tell you these diets that are fads are just that fads and not good for you.
