A good rule of thumb for a new diet when trying to lose weight is to eat health 80% of the time and eat whatever you want the other 20% of the time. In any case when dieting it is generally a good idea to supplement your new diet with some exercise, not only does it help you burn fat, but it also helps tone up your muscular anatomy.
