However, a recent work in Nature Genetics suggested that mutation of specific genes in cardiomyocytes can lead to cardiovascular dysfunction in heart thus can lead to heart failure and this mutation is genetical to most of the south asian populations. However, these types of conditions are out of the scope of the present discussion. A common person having controlled diet with a moderate physical exercise can keep his/her heart healthy thus can be healthy for a longer time.
