Many men spend hour upon hour in the gym working on their abs with the intention of looking good for potential dates or showing off at the beach. If you want to have extra energy and vigor and you want to reduce your risk of all sorts of diseases then one of the easiest ways of doing it is to reduce your overall fat and by implication the fat on the gut.
