If you really want to eliminate those extra pounds, tone those abs, or tighten your butt it is important to stick to the plan you decide is best. You can’t take breaks just because it is the weekend, you had a bad day at work, or because you’re craving some chocolate. Obviously, dieting and exercising together will help you reach your goal faster than just one or the other. But remember, don’t go overboard. Start with small changes in your diet first. Also start exercising in small increments when you first begin, then increase the time and difficulty of the exercises once your body adjusts to being more active.
