Prevention magazine has recommended this one and they, generally, use good sense in choosing diets and information about diets that are healthy. The book is also getting very good reviews, although there was not one single person who said they lost a lot of weight fast. Most people who read this pretty much liked it. There is also a user’s group can join. It is also nice that is available in a pocketbook size to take with you, and a Kindle copy you can download and read right away.
The authors have basically set up a 32 day program in which you raise your awareness of the food you eat, change your habits and change your diet. This is not an exercise your belly away book. It is recommended for women over 40 who have found that belly seems to sneak up on you. It is encouraging healthy sneaking and changing how you look at food. I have definitely bookmarked on my wish list at Amazon.
Add this book and it’s life changing help, the user group, and a good walking exercise program I think you could successfully lose that belly fat , feel better, be healthier, and fit back into those clothes that have migrated to the back of the closet for “someday:.
